All final decisions rest solely with universities, examination authorities, embassies, and government institutions. Drimatians accepts no responsibility for outcomes determined by third parties.
3. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in any Drimatians program becomes effective only upon successful confirmation of full payment.
By enrolling, you agree to the following:
- Course fees must be paid through official payment channels designated by Drimatians.
- Access to courses and materials is granted only after payment verification.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
- Enrollment is personal to you and may not be transferred to another individual without written administrative approval.
- Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 24-Hour Refund Window
Drimatians offers a limited 24-hour refund period from the time of payment, strictly subject to the following conditions:
A refund request will be considered only if:
- You have not accessed any course materials
- You have not attended any live class
- You have not downloaded any resources
- You have not used any consultation services
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email or support channel within 24 hours of payment. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable payment processing or administrative fees.
4.2 No Refunds After 24 Hours
After 24 hours from payment, all fees become final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of personal plans or circumstances
- Visa or university admission rejection
- Failure to attend classes
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Dissatisfaction after accessing course materials
- Change of examination plans
By enrolling, you acknowledge that your payment represents a commitment to the program and that no refunds will be made after the 24-hour window.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Protection
All course materials provided by Drimatians including but not limited to video recordings, lecture notes, practice tests, PDF documents, question banks, and digital content are the exclusive intellectual property of Drimatians and are protected by copyright laws.
As a student, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access these materials for your individual learning only.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing your account access with any other person
- Sharing course links, materials, or resources with non-enrolled individuals
- Recording, copying, or reproducing any part of the course content
- Uploading or posting Drimatians materials on any website, social media, or file sharing platform
- Allowing unauthorized persons to access live or recorded classes
Violations of this policy will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your access to all services
- Permanent ban from all Drimatians programs
- Potential legal action to recover damages
- No refund will be provided in cases of policy violation.
6. Student Conduct and Community Standards
Drimatians maintains professional standards of conduct in all learning environments, including live classes, messaging groups (WhatsApp, Telegram), and individual consultations.
All students are expected to:
- Behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students
- Refrain from disruptive behavior during classes
- Maintain confidentiality of course content and group discussions
- Refrain from sharing misinformation or making false claims about Drimatians
Drimatians reserves the right to remove any student who violates these conduct standards without notice or refund.
7. Program Modifications and Scheduling
Drimatians reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to programs, including:
- Adjusting class schedules
- Changing instructors or teaching staff
- Updating course materials and curriculum
- Modifying program structure or duration
Such changes may be necessary for academic improvement or operational reasons. Students will be informed of significant changes whenever practicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drimatians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Drimatians provides educational services and guidance only and is not responsible for:
- University admission decisions
- Visa application outcomes
- Scholarship awards
- Examination results
- Any actions or decisions of third-party institutions
Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Drimatians.
